How to perform it
Conditioning Drill 1, exercise 2 of 5
Starting position
Supine with arms on the ground at 45 degrees from the body, knees bent to 90 degrees, head 1–2 inches off the ground.

Counts
- 1Count 1. Raise the legs and trunk together into a V, using the arms for balance. Keep the knees straight and the head in line with the trunk.
- 2Count 2. Return under control to the starting position without dropping the legs.
- 3Count 3. Repeat count 1.
- 4Count 4. Return to the count 2 position.
