From a reclined seated position, draw the knees toward one shoulder while rotating onto that side.

Starting position
Supported reclining Sitting position: hands on the ground behind the shoulders, palms down, legs straight and together with the feet 8–12 inches off the ground.
Sitting: Seated with both legs straight and together, reached from Half-Kneeling without using the hands; hands then rest on the ground beside the hips, fingers forward. ATP 7-22.02, para. 2-12, p. 2-4 (opens the official PDF)

- 1Count 1. Raise the legs while rotating onto the left buttock and drawing the knees toward the left shoulder, controlling the legs and trunk.
- 2Count 2. Reverse the movement to the starting position.
